I'm Per Lysthauge

I’m a dedicated and customer focused Account Manager, Business Developer and People Manager.
I have worked and lived in central Jutland, Copenhagen, Zurich and are now living in east/south Jutland in the city of Horsens. I have worked for companies like Jyske Bank, Hewlett-Packard, EVRY, Nets and DXC technology.

My Career so far

My skills and experience are primarily within IT in the financial industry and covers anything from Industry solutions/applications, ITO, Cloud, Consulting andSecurity. Specifically Business Development has been a large part of my workduring the last 13 years.

I originally have a background in the financial industry in Jyske Bank, 1990-2000, which have given me skills and knowledge within financing, banking, IT and onlinemarketing.

The passion for technology and internet gave me the opportunity to join Compaq Computer in 2000. During the 7 years in Compaq/Hewlett-Packard I had the opportunity to work with and learn more about online marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the interaction between the two areas. At the end of my employment, I was responsible for the CRM team of 3 in Hewlett-Packard Denmark.

In 2007 I was asked by EDB Business Partner (EVRY/TietoEVRY) to take the position as Business Develop Manager for IT solutions to the financial industry in Denmark and by this combining my background from the financial industry and my knowledge of IT. The area quickly expanded to also cover Sweden, Norway, Finland and UK with a certain amount of travel included. The work was customer contact, relationship building and management, leading bid processes and business development.

Based on my experience from EDB Business Partner I was approached by Nets in 2015 whooffered me the position as Sales Director for Card Services Denmark. My responsibilities included people management of a sales team - Coaching, guiding and motivating to achieve common goals. In addition, I had the overall financial responsibility of reporting sales and initiate action plans, interacting with key customer contacts and industry organizations.

In 2018 I was approached by DXC technology, a major global IT provider, who wanted to expand and strengthen their sales capabilities in the Nordics. The challenge to try working with the full IT stack sounded interesting and in July 2019 I started at DXC in Denmark. The role was as Account General Manager and included customer relationship management, sales and business development. I had the responsibility of a grouping of customers in the Nordic region. The interaction with the customers included discussions on strategies, needs and emerging technologies.
